Inclusive Prices
The oven cleaning prices above are inclusive of shelves, grill trays and racks - we do not have any hidden extras. Of course, after you have seen what what we can do you are more than welcome to add a hob or extractor clean at the time of visit. We do not add VAT to the above prices.
Please note that we do reserve the right to charge extra if the cleaning process will take longer than usual due to the appliance being exceptionally dirty. In such cases the additional charge will be confirmed before any chargeable work is carried out.
*Hob, Extractor Hoods and Microwave Cleaning
Cleaning for these items is only available when purchased in conjunction with an oven clean - otherwise a minimum service charge will apply.
**Range Cookers
This includes only the ovens and hob on the appliance (should you wish to have any storage drawers cleaned - please add £5.00 per drawer) - extractor hoods are chargeable extra as detailed above.
Express Clean
Express Clean is for the floor and door of the oven only. This price does not include shelf supports or shelves. Express Oven Cleans are subject to availability. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Click here for more details.
Parking Fines
It is the responsibility of the customer to advise of any parking restrictions at the time of booking to enable any available parking dispensation permits to be applied for. Any charge for parking dispensation will be at the customers expense and will be invoiced accordingly. In the event that legal parking is not available at the property the customer accepts full liability for any parking fines that may be charged whilst present at the property.
Customer Satisfaction
We take customer satisfaction seriously and will advise the customer at the time of cleaning any problems identified with the appliance. After each cleaning we will provide a Cleaning Quality Checklist confirming the work carried out and any problems identified. We regret that we are unable to accept liability for any damage that occurs after we have left the property.
Special offers and promotional codes
Special offers and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. JS Oven Cleaning reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
Payment Terms
Payment is to be made at completion of each job. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or by BACS transfer. Any credit terms are to be decided and agreed before any work is undertaken.
The above terms and conditions apply to all oven cleaning bookings and are non-negotiable.
